...a pop-up dinner concert
It is harvest season in New England and Palaver Strings has teamed up with Forage to serve a three course concert-dinner, celebrating a bounty of local organic food and music. A prix-fixe dinner will be paired with wine and musical selections that correspond with each course. Chef Eric Cooper will compose the menu, featuring food from around New England, complemented by wine pairings selected by owner and Wine Director, Stanislas Hilbert.
Together we will create an evening where music and food interact, allowing time for the audience to reflect on the importance of feeding our bodies with healthy and sustainably produced meals.
