New England's Seasons
an evening of music, food, & wine
Forage Restaurant and Palaver musicians are teaming up to bring you an evening of music, food, and wine to warm up and brighten even the chilliest and darkest of winter nights. Four courses paired with four different wines will be accompanied by a quartet of string players from Palaver Strings.
The menu and music is inspired by the four seasons of New England; each course representing a different seasons. Especially during the winter months Chef Eric Cooper at Forage pulls from produce preserved during the rest of the year, keeping the menu full of local flavors all year round. The musical selections evoke the landscapes and seasons in New England, and will range from Dvorak to contemporary fiddle music.
$85/person including food, music, and wine pairings.
Two seatings: 5:30pm and at 7:30pm.
